An Executive & Team Coach, entrepreneur and sparring partner, Angela is the founder of Leading Minds, a boutique Leadership and Organisational Development practice in the Netherlands, consulting with large, complex, global enterprises, as well as SME’s and founders of new and exciting start-ups. With over 20 years’ experience in partnering with businesses across various different sectors, including IT, Healthcare, Media and Finance, Angela brings strong strategic and business acumen to all her conversations; combining this with a highly impactful coaching style to enable her clients to make significant personal and business performance improvements. She has extensive experience of developing people from various cultures around the world through effective transitions within the contexts of double-digit growth, business turnaround, reorganization and mergers and acquisitions.

Angela believes that business is relationships, and focuses on coaching leaders & teams to overcome challenges and create the conditions for success in working with others – enhancing collaboration, influence, impact and innovation. She believes passionately that the best leaders put people first and that with the right support, we are all capable of amazing things. Angela knows first-hand that deep and lasting change begins at an individual level, and seeks to support leaders, teams and organisations in strengthening mindsets, focus and capability that invites people to go beyond what they thought was possible and unleash untapped potential.

She is currently studying for her Masters at Ashridge Business School (UK) and is certified in the use of various assessment tools, including Hogan’s Leadership Suite.
